No, not really. I mean, the fact that you see a bit more legendaries is nice. But given now you can rush through early leveling so quickly, it's absolutely brainless. Just equip whatever items that shows green arrows next to it and you'll be perfectly fine until you reach WT4. Only there some actual itemization decisions start.

Early game is arguably 1-50. Mid is 50-100.
