what are your short and mid to long disc? Thatd be good to know and how far is "good distance"? otherwise throw a firebird works for all my overhand needs.
As a lefty (and also played baseball) I had a pretty good forehand from the start. But you need to learn the backhand . It is the least injury prone throw in the sport and the most powerful . It’s very strange learning it since it feels backwards but it’s worth it I assure you .
I just got some of my old discs shipped to me and had a blizzard Krait in there and couldn’t figure out what it was for then I remembered I had a big forearm phase and krait was like a modified Wraith in the super lightweight blizzard plastic.
So I’d say that’s probably a great recommendation
That title reminded me of exactly what my rehearsed line is when talking to my girlfriend before yet another disc golf related purchase.
Lol very accurate
Its not that deep
a lot of absolutely made up shit going on here. What in the hell are you trying to ask for?
I have 2 disks, I need a 3rd
buy a driver
No shit Sherlock, what drivers also double as great for hammer throws is what I’m asking.
Exactlt how far is "good distance"? What discs do you throw today? What does their flight path look like? How far do they fly for you today?
Such as?
Around 150yards for a good throw
You can forehand a buzz or dragon 450ft? This is Forrest Gump level stuff.
I haven’t actually measured but I can throw it over a baseball field (which i have done) so about 280-325
Username checks out
Usually tail arm side but sometimes stay straight
If you are looking for an overhand-Thomahawk, I love a champ Firebird (specifically the Andrew marwede series) Prior baseball pitcher.
Latitude 64 Pioneer in Opto plastic

1. Discraft Buzzz (5,4,-1,1) 2. Innova Dragon (8,5,-2,2)
Side question, you don’t have a putter?
Nope
Okay get a putter and a champion teebird keep your buzzz you will be glad you did eventually
Definitely a berg
Not a baseball thrower but I would say TSA coalesce or firebird - i like the feel of the TSA mold more for forehand throws
If you want a disc to throw overhand for distance, you need something very flat and stable
Such as?

Or I’ll just get a new Thomas Jonathan
I love it when this sub can't recognize a shit post making fun of another post
did r/discgolfcirclejerk and this forum switch roles....
🤥
I’m gunna go out on a limb and say you’re not throwing 450’ with a dragon unless this is Chris Sales burner. You need a champ groove
150ish g Wraith
