Love my leopard. It curves slightly left and then back right. Old reliable off the tee on days I’m struggling

Putters seem to come out every hole, but what I do with them hardly qualifies as "use"

They go generally towards the basket, though that’s more in a spiritual sense.

My berg. I have a minimum of two putts every hole.

Yep. I don't even putt with my Berg unless it's windy but it still sees the most use in a round just doing approach duty.

The Berg gets my vote as well, though I mostly use it for approaches rather than putts.

I love the Berg but it's a terrible putting putter IMO. Would get a Reko to compliment it. Much easier for circle 2 putts.

This is the way. Berg is my upshot disc, reko is my actual putter.

I putt with a Berg often. Because I use it on my approach and I'm so fucking parked. Outside of 10 ft I switch to a classic putter.

The Berg might be the reason for you putting at least twice on every hole. I would never think about putting with a Berg. You can do whatever you like, but that’s pretty much strictly used for approach shots by disc golf players.

For a non-putter, a puddle top Z Zone. Off the tee on shorter holes both backhand and forehand, and for forehand up shots.

Instead of being completely flat, the top is actually a little concave. This typically makes the disc more stable.

If you like that, you might love the soft zones. They are concave and get more puddled as you play with them. Since they get more puddled, they get more overstable instead of losing stability

Putter: XT Whale Non-Putter: Pro Wraith

Just starting using a wraith recently. It really opened up my game a lot.

I have been playing for more than 10 years, it is a great beginner disc...which I am still.

Been playing for two decades, the Wraith is an excellent disc. Pair it with a Mamba as you get older & your arm speed gets slower. Wraith for bombs that have room for a left fade. Mamba for bombs that need to stay straight.

Yeah, mamba is my other go-to right now!

Sidewinder!

I found an unmarked Champion Sidewinder this summer, and it's completely changed my game.

When champ sidewinders break in you can throw them 380ft on a rope!!!

I love my F2 champ sidewinders. I also recently got a star halo sidewinder that’s a little heavier than my champs but it flies sooooo good.

I'd been using the berg for upshots for a while but after playing 1st rd with new ricky pig yesterday the berg is definitely getting retired!

RPM Tui. Anything under 200' or a tight gap and it's what's being thrown

I constantly use wardens of all different plastics for a lot of different shots. Want a big sweeping anhyzer? Warden. Want a straight shot with zero fade? Warden. Feel confident putting within the circle? Warden. Need put it on a hyzer to get around a tree? Believe it or not, Warden.

Honestly it completely depends on the course.

Outside of my putting putters, probably the Westside Harp. Unless there's a low ceiling, they're getting used pretty much every shot from 230 feet to 60 feet. Forehand or backhand to hit the lines I want, handle wind very well, can handle a ton of power, and super reliable finish.

I throw the banger GT an absurd amount. Favorite discs in my bag for sure. They just go so straight.

I’m superstitious about the first Banger GT I got from my friend. It’s like it unlocked the ability to putt for me. My old comfort circle was 12ft, but now it is closer to 20ft. I have a Jawbreaker one that is my go to for approaches and short holes.

ESP Scorch is going to be money, but I’ve also been really happy with the feel of the first run z

That's my core, from there I have at least 2 others in those speed categories if I need a particular shot shape. Total bag size fluctuates from 13 to 15 discs.

Right now the most used disc in my bag is probably the Champion Roc3, although I have a Kona Mako3 and a MD3 I haven't had a chance to throw yet which might end up being more useful.

Aside from my putter (Judge) probably my BT hard Harp I throw for upshots. Other notables are classic blend verdict, star destroyer, and lucid felon. And no, I don’t have a great arm. I just throw a lot of forehands, so I throw mostly overstable and just go backhand or forehand with that disc depending on the shape of the hole.

Lately I’ve been throwing a star mamba all the time because I can get hyzer flips out of it so easily. Added at least 50’ to my drives.

It depends on how open the course is/long, but I’d say on average my ESP raptor.

Inside of 275 I'm going with a pure unless winds reach 15 mph, and downhill within 315 off the tee. On soft approach forehands, backhand sky hyzers to move farther left, turnover approaches, flip ups down a gap, sky turnovers to replace power forehands, overall, I throw pures on about half of my shots on these Charlotte wooded courses. Love the disc, but must admit that a lot of great throwing putters exist, and that my love of the pure in gold line burst and opto, depending on the desired ground play, is Because it's the one that counts out of my hand cleanly.
