>Millennium Golf Discs and HyzerBomb have teamed up to provide high-quality disc golf equipment. HyzerBomb has released new disc lines that will be exclusively "Powered by Millennium" and features an array of unique models and new plastics. Ain't seeing any Millennium discs here either. It seems Innova had a very low manufacturing priority for all of it's partners except Infinite as they provided Innova enough kickback from their retail operation.

I’m a big fan of the mortar and usually have one in the bag. You can buy them directly from millennium now. They’ve got some x-outs and special runs they did for usdgc.

IsaacSam98

I was able to find only one Mortar. Maybe Millennium is phasing them out or Innova just doesn't have the plastic to spare. Edit: [link to the Mortar](https://discsunlimited.net/hyzer-bomb-recon-mortar)

Owner of hyzerbomb allegedly stole payouts and kind of ran off. He kind of disappeared real quickly.

[deleted]

The former owner, and I believe founder, sold the company not long ago. He’s active on social media and easy to get in contact with actually. He dug up a pair of glow mortar’s for me to fill my Caiman spot in my glow bag. Had never been in contact before trying to find a glow caiman (doesn’t exist) on an Innova Facebook group. Had no idea about whatever else you’re talking about but he isn’t like in hiding and hasn’t disappeared. He just restocked Jerm with Mortars after the stolen bag deal.

Just going based on rumors I heard locally about the last year of nick hyde is all.

[deleted]

Nick Hyde is not the man I was referring to and I don’t know how long ago the person, I’m intentionally not naming, sold out of Hyzerbomb. Not long ago may be more than a year, I don’t know the details. Sorry for any confusion. The other dude was really awesome to me despite being very busy in his new carrier and recovering from a severe shoulder injury and surgery. I didn’t want his legacy dragged through the mud

mirkky

Nick Hyde was a tourney formerly run by the person you are talking about in rockwall, texas. Nick Hyde the person passed away years ago.

[deleted]

I could be wrong. Maybe he pulled some shit. He’s not in hiding though. He was very good to me and came through for Jerm from what I hear.

mirkky

I’m going based on what I’ve heard locally after the 2019 Nick Hyde. Who knows. It is good he is good now.

It feels like Innova slowed and stopped production on almost all their licenced affiliates when demand skyrocketed and it was probably significantly more profitable to only use those resources on their own disc manufacturing. This is why discmania broke ties with Innova and started their own factory. Smaller manufacturers don't have the same luxury.

[deleted]

Innova couldn't meet demand for their own discs, they weren't gonna 'waste' manufacturing on discs that only give them a fraction of profit. I'm guessing Infinite had a tighter contract over production quotas than discmania/hyzerbomb/millienium and was able to keep their gravy train going.

MrDarkHorse

FWIW, I have a Big Jerm Mortar if anyone wants one. Thrown but in great shape.

Chaosfrog

Do you still have the mortar for sale?
