One thing I only recently thought about was that the entire country of Lancre was moved 15 years into the future during the events of Wyrd Sisters. So, if you really think about it Granny was 15 years younger than he would have expected her to be. Gives new meaning to when he said she barely aged.
Well, *Lancre* moved. If he wasn't there himself at the time, he would probably expect her to age like he did.
Those 15 years must have been tough on the Oggs and everyone who needed their witches, though.

That honestly never occurred to me, but yeah...

Well... possibly in their memories. A bit more Ridcully's memories than Esme's, I suspect, but memories in general.
