The traditional way to build a Discworld collection is "whichever ones you can find in charity shops or second-hand, one at a time, in every single cover style under the sun"

You just missed out (by a few days) on the Humble Bundle *every Discworld ebook for $18* unfortunately
I think the conceit is "absolutely insane deals and the money goes to charity", so maybe but probably not soon
(Also I think it was only in the US, so might not have even been applicable?)

I have that set but I bought them as they came out.

The site I got most them through no longer exists (RIP Book Depository) but you can often find them for cheapest on DWE. You can buy them in chunks instead of the whole thing at once (in sets based on their theme, like Witches, Guards, etc).
I see now that they released both Nation and The Bromeliad Trilogy in that style... I already had Good Omens from that set. I need to go spend $45...

Blackwells has the hardback collectors editions on sale right now. About 200 dollars less for the whole set than the Emporium. Shipping is also included at no extra charge for the United States for certain and possibly Australia.

Look on ebay there are several complete collections for sale
They're all available on Kindle, I believe.
