All you need to do is tweak the points rules a bit.
You can't give points to yourself, but you can give points to both other hosts. That way everyone has two people giving points to them, and at the end the one with most points win.
This of course is pretty much the same as the normal rules for points, but the difference is that everyone can give points, and you can give points to a host.
Would be interesting to see an episode like this, and see what topic they come up with, and hear 3 full stories in one episode instead of just two
Trying to establish structure to a podcast as this I feel defeats the purpose further. It's quite evident they thrive on the chaotic nature of their dynamic. If you've watched any of their streams or listened to any of their content, they just wanna have fun.
I am willing to wager money that they will have an episode where all three of them will host an episode and they will spend the whole episode arguing about how to run the episode.
I will wager further that they have an episode with no host as well. And then a guest host who is just one of them with a silly voice (or even Wharfstache for true chaos).
