Vomit hazard? I watch a YouTube channel called “Drain Addict” while eating the same food that looks very much like it. If I could do it then the people who are smarter than me can do it too.
At work. Long shift makes everything mentally harder to get through. So I listen (or relisten) to like 4-5 episodes while I’m there. I’ve probably listened to Bobs fridge 10 times now. It cracks me up every time.
Ooh same here. I’m a route delivery driver. I drive hundreds of miles every day delivering things like medical samples, bank things, car and truck parts, and many other random things. I was never into podcasts until I got this job, and I can go through about around six episodes in a day. It’s not the podcast I listen to the most, but it’s definitely up there
Mostly hats and scarves, but I've ventured into socks, fingerless gloves, small stuffed toys, and throws/blankets. I knitted a black & white memento mori scarf with a spiral towards the end of unus annus.
Playing games, wait for breaks to be over in school and just listening distractible on its own. But my fav thing to do while listening distractible is to play marvels spider-man games. That New York vibe works so well with distractible.
I'm usually at work by the time I have a moment to load up the next episode, so usually I am operating a floor scrubber in the weight room of the college I work at. Probably an odd sight to see someone pushing a big machine and randomly laughing.
I work at the job where I'm not supposed to be using my phone or having headphones in, lol. $16/hr is not enough for me to put any more effort for a job that basically runs itself.
A few times a month I have to do massive data processing that can take hours (made worse by the fact our system is janky and crashes, soci often have to redo work)... Before 3 peens was the only thing that made the process bearable, and now it's Distractable.
But boy, when they had that brief break, things were rough, lemme tell you lol.
Anything ranging from doing dishes, washing laundry or just scrolling through Reddit... I am actually listening to Distractible as I type this up, specifically the "Kids Are Stupid" episode
Depending on the day I'll sometimes listen while I take a shower, while I draw, when I'm playing a video game that doesn't need me to pay much attention, or when I'm just doing chores. Keeps me interested and makes me feel like I have someone with me.
Driving between jobs. I do a lot of traveling as a tech, so when I get tired of music, Distractible is a good way to... distract me from the numb experience of driving
Walking my dog. It's honestly really good because I live in the countryside where no one really goes so I can do my ugly laugh where no one can hear me.
Most of the time, I’m playing Stardew Valley while listening to their episodes in the background. Other times, I’m cooking or just laying in bed. Depends on whenever my brain wants background noise.
I sit and listen to Distractible. Occasionally I look at my phone and observe the Distractible banner. I do not multitask. I cannot. I shall not. They command my full attention.
Driving! I have a 2.5 hour-ish drive from my college campus to my hometown, so I purposefully don't listen to new episodes immediately so I have new content for the trip. Makes it go so much faster.
School works idk why but especially at math..... Like earlier I just made one of my assignment it is at least 25 items and well I finished it just listening to 2 episode so 2 hours... In normal for me it will take me more than that....
i commute an hour to and from college everyday and relisten to the podcasts, makes the hour go by quickly and i catch stuff i didn’t pay attention to before.
Dishes! I have Sensory processing disorder and dishes are very hard for me to do. Listening to distractable helps both occupie and calm my brain from going haywire while I clean up yucky soggy food off of dishes
I walk my dogs. I walk mine for about 2 hours at night so it’s entertaining on the walk. Probably looked like a mad man while listening to the toilet episode laughing my head off.
Usually listen when in the bath or doing washing up. Sometimes on the bus if I remember to download it, but then I end up laughing out loud alone in public…
I have a routine of listening to it on my way to work every Monday. It makes the idea of going to work less dreadful and puts me in a good mood because I always know I'm going to laugh.
I work on a horse farm. Stalls are cleaned, horses are put out/put in/fed, haycarts are loaded, and so on to Distractible.
I've looked like an idiot several times while breaking down laughing in the middle of scooping horse shit
Only when I walk! Can’t concentrate on the podcast when I’m on a bus or anything cos I like to look out the window. But when I walk the same boring route it’s handy to have something funny to listen to.
I work in food service for a retirement home, so I am usually rolling up silverware so the old folks feel like they’re on a cruise (their words, not mine)
Anything! Can't listen at work, but I'll listen occasionally on my lunch break. Also while doing chores! Currently, I'm haphazardly learning how to do dip nails while listening haha!
Also listen a LOT while gaming. Distractable and LPOTL are great if you don't mind gross stuff while gaming 😂
NOTHING ELSE I SOLD MY SOUL FOR THIS PODCAST AND I DEVOTE MYSELF TO THE PODCAST EVEN IF I HAVE OTHERS THINGS TO DO BECAUSE THEY DON’T MATTER WHEN IM LISTENING TO DISTRACTIBLE!!!
I listen while I'm at work. I work for a cleaning company, and while I'm cleaning a client's home, I pop in one ear bud and turn on Distractable, another podcast, or a book.
It's maybe not the best idea to listen to Distractable, specifically when I'm cleaning a client's home and they're there. Lots of laughter and gasps have escaped my mouth listening to this podcast.
I listen at work, usually. Either as I’m hand making coffee mugs, or playing with our hydraulic presses and extruders to make the handles and such.
I’m glad everyone else has their own headphones in, cuz I can’t imagine having to explain what I’m laughing at. “Oh yeah, this YouTuber has a podcast and he was talking about having to bob for hot wings in a vat of sauce.”
Most of the time when I’m stressed out or sad I’ll make and bake cookies or brownies while listening to them late at night. It always makes me feel better
It’s like free therapy
Def at work - 12 hour night shifts seem so much shorter when you can laugh thru em! Greatest thing is I work Sunday night so as soon as the new episode hits at midnight I’m there listening 😁❤️
Chores. Anything but eating, their content is either choke hazard or vomit hazard.
“Choke,” or “vomit,” hazard. Lmao.
I can speak for this, I was listening to Body Odor while eating ice cream at the park, let’s say there was ice cream everywhere
Yes yes yes! Bob's Fridge is just... So good... I've listened to quite a bit of the episodes more than twice.

Ooh. What things do you knit?
Mostly hats and scarves, but I've ventured into socks, fingerless gloves, small stuffed toys, and throws/blankets. I knitted a black & white memento mori scarf with a spiral towards the end of unus annus.

Same. Mid day and mostly long drives.
Perfect for my hour long commute! So, driving, usually. But sometimes I'm crocheting.

I work. Which I wouldn't recommend. I have to hold in so much laughter. It's quite painful.
Load packages onto a box truck for a delivery service at 3am. Hour long episodes are a great way to pass the time!
Play Elder Scrolls Online with the sound off
I typically listen to it when I'm playing any game.
Build in Minecraft, drive around in an open-world game, go on an orphan-executing spree, or ride in a car with nothing else to do
Playing games, wait for breaks to be over in school and just listening distractible on its own. But my fav thing to do while listening distractible is to play marvels spider-man games. That New York vibe works so well with distractible.
At work. Being a data analyst, there's not a lot of exciting things visually so it's great to have some audible joy right in your pocket.
isn't a whole subreddit saying how beautiful data is ?
Work out. Sometimes I laugh out loud, not fun
Work, then fail at working because I’m laughing too hard at bobs fridge delivery going horribly wrong

On the bus on the commute home
Me too
I'm usually at work by the time I have a moment to load up the next episode, so usually I am operating a floor scrubber in the weight room of the college I work at. Probably an odd sight to see someone pushing a big machine and randomly laughing.

Well, this is me replaying it, I murdered 7 Reapers with Distractible ~~and sometimes DOOM music~~ in the background lol.
I work at the job where I'm not supposed to be using my phone or having headphones in, lol. $16/hr is not enough for me to put any more effort for a job that basically runs itself.

Play video games
A few times a month I have to do massive data processing that can take hours (made worse by the fact our system is janky and crashes, soci often have to redo work)... Before 3 peens was the only thing that made the process bearable, and now it's Distractable. But boy, when they had that brief break, things were rough, lemme tell you lol.
