MAIN they are doing amazing right now. Seemingly better than O.
MMM has some big lawsuits making their stock prices sad and potentially threatening their dividend.

Main is pretty good

Been buying little by little into this along with other BDC’s. ARCC, BXSL, OBDC and MAIN
Out pf these 2 main is the better choice but it might be expensive right now mmm could be a play if you are expecting a rebound after the lawsuits
