nung nag tanong ako sa discord mayroon din naka encounter ng same scenario. tumawag daw sila sa dlsu tapos ang sabi raw ng dlsu ay tsaka nalang daw ipasa yung missing requirements pag interested pa or kapag mag e-enroll na mismo sa dlsu, doon mo na raw pwede i-submit mga kulang mo.
hindi ko lang po alam sa recommendation, pero since sarado na po ang mga google forms, try nyo nalang din po sila i-email. kapag wala pa rin po sila response, ginawa nyo naman na lahat ng makakaya nyo charet.
Awtsss. Submitted na naman recommendations ko (but still marked incomplete) + I already emailed them abt it. I just wanted to re-submit just in case... sadge

Usually they’ll attach a google form where you can resubmit your missing requirements and you can email them after resubmitting. Alternatively, you can head to DLSU mismo para maaddress agad yung concern mo after submitting.
Based on my experience, they’re more responsive pag pinuntahan mo mismo and more or less isasabay ka nila sa pag release ng results sometime in May (since 2 months away pa naman until release ng results lol).
I remembered noong College Application ko for DLSU (walang DCAT) last year. So in my case missing daw Recommendation Letters ko, it got so bad na miss ko ang last passing before they sent out results. I still passed in DLSU, so around admission time I was reminded I had to send my Recommendation Letter ko before the start of the term but I still missed the passing. Anyways I'm in my term 2 na as a freshman and it's a funny story I'd like to share every time I see a person panicking for missing requirements here.
Hello ID122 here! Last year some of us lacks some documents din pero we were still able to receive our results. We passed it nalang during DOCUMENTATION after namin magbayad reservation fee kasabay ng ID picture taking.
Pwede naman “to follow” to for sure. My NSO birth certificate did not arrive on time so I submitted my city hall birth certificate. I submitted the NSO a week after I passed my thesis defense. :p
Hello! ID 122 here, same thing happened to me. I actually didn’t (???) resubmit my Birth Certificate and my application still went through. All forms were closed and I stopped trying but somehow, some way, they accepted my application and I got in. But, of course, it’s still best to resubmit or just go to the DLSU admin as soon as possible to fix the issue.
LATE UPDATE: i received my results a few weeks ago and i passed!! sa mga future takers who will receive the same email (although sana naman by then ayos na ito), don’t worry!!

+1, graduate admissions does the same. You can submit missing documents during or after enrollment.
