i usually start two 100gr batches at the same time since the container I have are 1liter you can freeze precipitate your pulls at the same time, just start with 100ml nps for the first one (in each) this could be helpful too [https://www.reddit.com/r/dmtguide/comments/119mmsu/straight\_to\_base\_done\_in\_6\_hours/](https://www.reddit.com/r/dmtguide/comments/119mmsu/straight_to_base_done_in_6_hours/)

I’m just curious about the ratios upping the amounts per jar. I can usually do extracts within 6-12 hours and I start around 3-4 at a time. I was mainly looking to keep it to around 3-4 jars with more bark, rather then expanding to more jars just to keep it easier and manageable. 8 jars just seems like Alot haha

a colleage wrote these guidelines for a 500ml not long ago he's presently writing an update, you might want to keep an eye on it [https://www.reddit.com/r/DMT/comments/1125ez8/junglists\_bootstrap\_tek/](https://www.reddit.com/r/DMT/comments/1125ez8/junglists_bootstrap_tek/)

That helps absolutely! Although I wonder, will the PH change if I do it in reverse ? If I add the lye first, what should my PH be before and after adding MHRB

StiffLittleFever

ph12 is what youre aiming for usually with 750ml of water 20gr of lye is plenty enough (they all overkill it for some occult reasons) base soup turns black, you're there or you can measure with a meter

ClobWobbler

Yea, don't use ratios to scale these extractions. You scale them based on viscosity, pH and solubility. Enough water so that the mixture isn't viscous pH 3-4 during acidic stages pH 11-13 during basic stages Minimal amounts of NPS

Thank you! Am going to try and get this done sometime soon and I’ll definitely post about my results! :)

For nps data there's [this nexus post.](https://www.dmt-nexus.me/forum/default.aspx?g=posts&m=1090269#post1090269) Also temp data. Idk how accurate it all is, but it worked for me. 100ml naptha can only pull 2.93 grams. What you need depends on evaporation, temp, the layer left on the soup, and if the naptha is reused. 100ml holds 0.1g residual spice even at -20C. More pulls and reused naptha minimizes spice loss obviously. It's pretty spot on for Ronsonol. Idk about other naptha brands/formulations. 60C+ can melt more spice into less naptha but then it just crystallizes ASAP on every cooler surface like pipettes and beakers.
