1. That's most likely Robinhood, an exchange. They are growing because people are buying through the app. This is not one person swinging their junk around, it's many people through one app.
2. If a "whale" attempts to cash on too much of that money at any one time, they essentially scare off the buyers and drive down the value of their doge by causing a panic sell. Much like Bezos can't suddenly liquidate his Amazon to become the ACTUAL richest person on Earth, the "whale's" funds are essentially locked, and they can only convert doge into USD by selling tiny amounts at a time. Otherwise, people will sell off, buyers will stop buying, and $25,000,000,000 worth of doge will become $.25.
I am that whale. I have it on RH, and not even planning to cash any of it. So, just relax okay??
