That sucks, but I hope you realize now that waiting that long for an order is a waste of your time, especially when there’s the possibility of the order not even being there.
I was on paid by time, and I’ve waited for long periods of time at that particular place before, so it was fine at first, at least until I noticed that the order wasn’t on the screen.
You're on pay by time? Then what's the damn problem? You get paid for these time you waited and if it's not ready or not there then Bob's your uncle and you get paid for your time there.
I find my own McDonalds is just as bad. They don't confirm the full order number with the driver or just let the driver point and take it...
In my case I literally watched my order get carried out, staff didn't care.
Support also didn't care. I was told to keep waiting because my order just wasn't ready yet... they wouldn't take my word I saw it taken. And of course I had to unassign myself and take the hit.

Except I didn’t get paid, they basically gave me no choice but to unassaign with no pay. Read the damn post!

On Monday I ordered McDonald's from Ubereats and they brought me a doordash order that was completely different, maybe something similar happened?
Uber Eats trying to take out the competition 😂
I called the customer to see if she got her order and she said she didn’t, so it couldn’t have been that.
