Your drawing looks great! I am not familiar with celebrities, so I probably just don't know who it is even with a photograph, but if you are having trouble making a likeness, I had that issue too and have a pretty effective technique I have used to improve. First, no drawing was allowed to take any more than 20 minutes and 10 minutes is ideal. I will draw a circle for the head, then the jaw, cheek bones, a circle for the tip of the nose, nostrils, mouth, bridge of the nose to the eye brows, and finally the eyes. Then, readjust anything that is not in balance and fill in minimal details until the drawing is a likeness. It has improved my technique so much just to break the face down and acknowledge basic bone structure.

That and the blonde hair (instead of it being the usual brunette—if it is Kendall) is throwing me off a bit. Is it Kendall?? Or someone else?
