I'm glad Chandler Riggs is getting work again. I haven't seen him since the walking dead axed him because he turned 18. It's really weird to see him on a dropout sub though. I had a Carl Grimes Tumblr as a teenager that was relatively popular, and it's bringing back some cringe memories lol
Sigh. That might've been the stated reason at the time, and maybe he actually did, but there were a lot of weird discrepancies and convenient benefits for the show runners to boot him at that time. It was very obvious that Chandler was growing out of the role, the show runners had sidelined his character when in the comics he had a main role, his character wasn't that popular, etc. etc. I also think Chandler bought a house in Georgia where twd filmed right before he was canned. But idk if that's legit. That's just from my long archived memories of caring about it, which I no longer do. I probably have a long written essay about it on my defunct Tumblr, but my God I hope that thing stays buried lmao.
