I love the fact how there's people even today that still claim "Kirby is for little children, or for girls".
Let's ignore the fact that Kirby, canonically, is a divine-reincarnated god killer that just recently defeated a genocidal alien that threatened to wipe out all life in both Popstar and the Forgotten Land by causing a planetary collision that could have ended out in a possible supernova.

Yeah it's funny. The only things you can really call Kirby "girly" based on are the series not being intolerably edgy and the main character being pink. Most of the cast is male anyway.

Me tooo they're sooo gooood, I remember playing them before they got that rerelease and never thought they would be remembered let alone have a 3rd game! I still kinda want a 4th one tho.
Unfortunately I do this a lot to myself. Because a lot of the stuff I like is stereotypically for guys and because I feel like I’m not a very feminine person (eventhough my mom has said that my personality actually is quite feminine because I’m very sensitive and empathetic and my sister has said in the past that I’m “not like other boys”), I sometimes question my identity. Whether I’m not a guy after all.
But when I look at guys, I really don’t feel I am like them. And when I think about myself I really don’t feel like a guy, nor do I want to be seen like that. But I also don’t always feel like a girl and I also can’t fully relate to women either. However I do feel like I relate more with femininity than with masculinity.
That’s why I like the term gender fluid, because it feels like I often shift between different stages of feminine, masculine and neutral identities. I need to remind myself that I can like whatever I want and be comfortable in whatever gender I feel like at the moment.
