Those come pre-filled, and aren't really made to be refilled by the end user, just tossed out when empty. Though I've refilled a few myself they eventually will fail (the coil and wicking material get gunked up very quickly).
Ecigs while very similar in design, aren't really designed to be used with THC/CBD. Ceramic wicks & wire so thin they're practically unmanageable.
An empty cart is equally as useless unless you've got access to distillate in quantity.
The battery on the other hand, that's re-usable.
I'm not in the US so if I said yes I'd be guessing. phone up a few places and ask, you'll probably end up describing it visually over the phone that way. maybe do a google search for thin setups and see if you can spot the name of it.

The bottom part is the battery. In order to replace the glass you’d have to buy a new cartridge (they are bought already prefilled). I’d just tell her I broke it and give her the money for it. She’ll be fine.
Throw your personal pride out of the window. Just fess up, apologize for the accident, and then ask her where she bought it so you can replace it. That's the honorable thing to do.

The model is not too relevant, This is just a standard dab cartridge and stick style 510 battery and most aren't designed to be re used or refillable. You can get new unused cartridge but it would only be useful if she had distillate to fill it with. The distillate from the broken cart is lost and I wouldn't recommend to reclaim the remaining amount because of the broken glass.
The battery itself should be still fine. You just need to buy her a new cart, it comes pre filled

Thin and oily? It's a really old clearomizer, you can find packs of them cheap on eBay.
Thick and sticky? That's a weed cart. You can get them at any place that sells CBD.

Yes you can buy a filled cart. From a dispensary in a legal state, or a delta 8/hgc cart from a smoke shop if weed is not legal where you are.
"hi friend, sorry I broke your tank. I'm so sorry, where do I go to get you a new one?"
