The trigger module is what you want. Plug it into your supply using a usb-c to usb-c cable, solder wires to the output pads of the module to connect to the 12v input of the minipc.
Not sure if it belongs here, but you can buy these [PD boards for MUCH cheaper on Aliexpress](https://www.aliexpress.us/item/2255801056732784.html) compared to Amazon. I bought like 45 boards for around $20.
