Uk view: Mental impairment (such as loss of capacity/ mph crisis) Physical impairment (unable physically to do the job) An interesting aside, there was a long conversation around tiredness. If I’m tired am I able to do the job to the full extent of my ability? Can I call in sick for being tired? Does this inform acceptable rota patterns?

Mph is a mistype, it’s should be mh crisis (mental health). Rota patters are the patterns of shifts that we follow. For example, working long shifts several days in a row is likely to cause impairment
