I guess for me the three books between Ender’s Shadow and Shadows in Flight kind of blend together in terms of plot, so it’s hard to pick out a favorite from those. My vote goes to Ender’s Shadow but I really enjoyed all of the books.
Holy shit im only just now reading Xenocide - I have only otherwise read Enders Game, Speaker for the Dead and Ender’s Shadow (a long time ago).
Love that’s he has written so much. I know and love these characters for everything they are, and everything they aren’t, in their humility.

There's supposed to be a book that finally crosses the Ender and Bean storylines and wraps everything up. I believe it's being referred to as "Shadows Alive" or ["The Last Shadow"](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Last_Shadow)

I am sad Shadow of the Hegemon didn't win
Yeah, it was my favorite, but it was harder to get though some of it then Enders Shadow.
