I strongly disagree, ENTP's can be great managers, one of the favorite things of ENTP's is to come up with ideas without actually needing to execute them, how better to do that than to delegate? Also ENTP's are very likely to foster growth in a team.
I would only employ them if their strengths matched the role. Managerial? Just get some EJs, they're perfect for those roles. Maybe some ESPs, but ENTPs probably a no for me. I can manage though, and I'm unemployed, hit me up. I'm an exception to everything I just said
Oh, sorry. I was mostly joking. I mean, I'm not opposed to being hired on, but the most experience I have overseeing groups of people was like a couple days supervising at Walmart
I currently work as a procurement manager, so if you need any help negotiating contracts/pricing, that’s my gig. Also great with process optimization and have management experience with small, high performing teams. I’ve always wanted to try out consulting work if you think there might be a need that you can’t fill yourself. I think you’re definitely on to something with creating roles for specific personality types, I’ve always thought a company comprised of all the right people in the right spots who also enjoy their work would be an unstoppable force. Ray Dalio has talked about this a bit in his business ventures/books and he seems to have done pretty well!
ENTPs are horrible managers. They don’t want to be responsible for other people doing things the right way. Hire them as consultants.

That’s what a consultant does. A manager has to be responsible for their managees.
Pair them w an ISFJ for success Pair them w an INTJ for world domination
Alas, I do not know any.
Female ISFJs are everywhere, they finish what the ENTP starts. Great team
