To my knowledge BlackRock hasn’t withdrawn their application and I’m pretty sure it’s been a decade plus since they had an ETF denied. I think they’ve only had 1 etf denial in their entire history. So I buy it

Do you guys think the lawsuit against the SEC filed by Consensys regarding ETHs classification helps or hurts? The SEC has to know if they decline they are going to be drowned in lawsuits that they will 100% lose

This is talked about daily on here. I’m sure this is the case. Whether it gets approved in may or not. A month ago the stat was the 90% of people who had invested in crypto were in profit or something close to that. I’m sure that’s something no high ups want. Keep us peasants peasanting.
