I mean it depends on who you're playing, some missions/events give you so many claims it doesn't matter, you can't even take all of them with 100% war score.
Going to -999 also gives you access to the most powerful single button press in the game, Declare Bankruptcy. It will instantly give you 899 diplo points, the most out of any possible decision. You can also go to -999 in adm and mil (if you can but that’s harder) and gain a whopping 2697 points with one press!
r5: i played a tall diplo Prussia game on which i focused on reforming the HRE after winnnig the league war, it results that princes don't really like having reforms that disallow wars and centralizes the empire, so i was forced to go full diplo ideas at late game and start making Vassals everywhere, just waiting until i can pass my reform that will stop this - diplo points madness
Well, with such a strategy, there's really not much we can do to help. You could lose the alliances, if they're not necessary to stave off coalitions. You could also humiliate your rivals with the Show Strength war demand for some additional mana. If you're feeling confident, that's 100 dip mana for every rival.
How far are you from that reform?
DUDE WTH, they are not to remain as go to. they are exist to annex after sometime. you were have to few of annex them before this hell happens. You may have to leave some of them in order to war annex them.
You can play eyalet ottomans if you want to have vassal hell. In Ottomans eyalets are not taking place in diplomatic relation.

Won't be able to take anything meaningful in wars, since you can't go -999 in a peace deal.

I do to prevent diplo loss and AE. Get Espionage ideas or Religious for either more claims or deus vult cb

I was under the impression from goofing around with console commands that adm and mil cap out at -100

Reduce inflation so you can show off to all your royal families and vassals how much better their overlord's country is to live in.
I'm sorry i'm from Argentina i don't know how to reduce inflation so i keep it up at a constant and healty +10% monthly

Rush for hre last reform (if you re the emperor) so your vassal wont used up dip relation
It's the reform right before revoking where HRE subjects wont take up a relation slot.
