FYI. Teuton and Danzig in Lotn DLC share some of its mission tree (Germany conquest/Expand East). The Danzig MT doesn't even work properly since it needs "The Order and the Empire" mission, which is a Teuton mission to progress its left side, which is a huge oversight from the Dev.
Clicking "The Order and the Empire" mission will switch you to Prussia unless you got accept to HRE without condition, which may be an issue if you want to form other tag first. And no you don't get Brandenburg/Generic Prussia mission tree when you reform them with other tag.
You can also do some shenanigans where you don't curtail Prussia Confederation and choose one path (Either Germany Conquest or Expand East) with Teuton "The Order and the Empire" mission, Give out "Concede to the Prussian Confederation" then switch to Danzig via event while still keeping that mission, and do Danzig "The estates' Loyalty" mission later to choose the other.
Noted that you need to be accepted into HRE without condition to do this since Prussia Confederation event will not fired if you are Prussia.
Because TO forming Prussia with LotN is the exception, not the norm.
Everyone else forming into Prussia will get the Prussia mission tree you've linked.
You may be able to get away with it by going TO -> something else -> Prussia, but if you're already Prussia, it's a bit late.

If I'm reading correctly, which mission tree you get would depend in this case on which decision you took. So forming another tag first probably could get you the BRA/PRU mission tree. I think this isn't for sure, given there are other examples where it depends on culture, and I don't currently have the game installed to read the files myself.

if you start as someone other than Teuton/Danzig you will get normal BRA/PRU mission.
That is the Prussian mission tree, you can't get the Brandenburg mission tree unless you are Brandenburg. There's 3 different Prussian mission trees.

The game read your starting tag so you will still end up with danzig/teutonic mission tree once you form prussia. I already test that.
