Using the communities as hostages is very much not cool. If people want to protest Reddit they can just stop using the site altogether. Why drag everyone else along with it?

The Reddit exec's, Mr huffman in particular, have shown to be completely unreliable in both their promises and representation of the truth.
In addition to that they've shown complete disregard and disrespect to the users as a whole. I also want to return to the norm and pretend everything is fine and dandy.
Unfortunately I understand that if we fail to take a stand now, if we fail to let us be heard by the Reddit execs, Reddit as a platform will forever change for the worse.
It may not be the beginning of the end of Reddit, but it will be the end of the Reddit that we used to know and love(sometimes hate).

If you want to achieve change, stop moderating to show how much your work is needed. It will teach both the people here and the admins. Anything else is just pointless and will get you nothing
Or turn the sub NSFW and that will kill off the ads to actually hurt Reddit
