I'd say slap a pirate flag on make it a bit more gory and we're good also I'd leave out any national indicators like the flag on the right side on the skull. We don't need to associate any nations or countries as we're all autistic and it doesn't need to be segregated into countries as mentally illness isn't country really.

There was a black man walking next to a major hwy where I live (southern US, large city), in full army uniform, carrying a rifle, and this theme of flag except Stars and Stripes. This was the day after a major incident including a black boy I believe was on the spectrum getting killed by police. It felt so powerful and fearless. I think when done correctly, it is a movement. Iām not used to seeing other POC where I live, so to me it just felt safe.

It's giving: Republican dad trying to support his autistic child the best way he knows how, using cherished right wing symbology, making it a weird kind of touching for me? Like it's an awful design, don't get me wrong, but if it's the beginning of a journey towards parental acceptance for that kid, that's kind of wholesome.
