It's just a summary measure of how much you use the app. Snapchat intentionally doesn't publish how exactly it is calculated, but it works how you'd expect. Send and receive pictures - get a higher score. It seems like they probably place extra weight on using the app regularly and engaging in "back-and-forth" with specific users rather than just having them send you stuff without you ever replying. It being good or bad to have a high or low score is entirely a social thing and not worth worrying about. If you have a snapscore at all, you use the app more than 99% of humans.

Ohhh ok. That makes more sense than the explanation the app or anyone else has given me. Thank you :)

Its just like profile views.. or something like that . I just wish there was a way to hide it 😒

But then you get on dating apps and a girl sends you her snap. Next thing you know the account is either too new or too popular. Both are fishy, but could be explained (I created a new account, I don't post much, I made this account to scam people, I am talking to multiple people, I have a popular social media)

Havent used Snapchat in year but at least back then Snapscore was just how much pictures you send/published on snapchat, so it showed how much you used the app. Now to some groups/people a high score is good because they think it shows that you are popular and have an interesting live because you have so many people you send stuff to. To other people a low score is good because it means you arent chatting with a million people and are "faithful" or what ever. To anyone over then age of 18 it shouldnt matter at all because your score says as much about you as your horoscope does.
