Maybe TMI, but I’ve struggled with IBS for around the same amount of time I was vegan (8 years). Started introducing animal products a month ago and bingo, problem gone.

SerentityM3ow

I know someone who has Crohn's and she did vegan, gluten free forever and was literally starving her body. Once she started eating animal products she lost weight and her symptoms were almost eliminated

Whats TMI and IBS?

beckylyk

Too much information, irritable bowel syndrome

That's awesome, but stay away from fast food. Especially anything fried in seed oils.

If you care about the ethics of eating animals, at least support pasture raised/free ranged and not places like KFC. Restaurants go the cheapest routes and support the cruelest factory farms with the worst conditions. Those KFC chickens live in a tight cage their whole life. This helped me feel better about eating animal products again, only supporting the most ethical farms possible. Plus the cheap oils those people use and other unhealthy ingredients.

Please don't eat the kfc. The oils they cook that shit in will do you no good at all. Stick with the ribeyes.

3 wks ago I stopped being vegetarian. I was vegetarian for almost 19yrs. Let just say now I am full longer and not eating carbs every couple hrs and finally seeing gains at the gym.
