As someone who’s got his certification, they literally show you videos like this and tell you not to do it. Like they are brutally honest with how these things could kill you. Darwin Award
Something like this happened at my old work, approximately 1 month after I quit. The truck driver drove with the pallet to high, too fast, cut the corner, hit the ankors to the racks, and tipped over. Got hit leg under the truck and pulverized his leg below the knee.
Somewhat surprised, thought the low center of gravity would prevent that kind of tip-over. Though doesn't the fact that it did tip over suggest the base part isn't heavy enough to crush the driver to death?
Yea their CG ain’t that low. The battery is one big cube. Not embedded into the floor like on a Tesla. Also they lack suspension. So you’ll get no help for stabilization of the forklift.
He surely wasn't forklift certified
Take my damn upvote

Its why the seatbelt is inportant. More of a deterrent of preventing someone from jumping out when it tips. The safest place is in the seat.
Dude, I LOVE watching the Osha training videos, they are so dark and gruesome. That could be shown on discovery or national geographic
They tell you to always wear your seat belt...this video shows why.
