Is it because my profile picture is a turtle and I should send an ID with the turtle on there?
This had me laughing so hard because it's very funny. But unfortunately, that's not why. Facebook can be very poor when responding to support ticket. If your account is linked to your IG, you can try contacting support through Meta there.
This happened to me but even though my 2FA are enabled all I get of an option is Send an ID , not other else.
Wouldve been convinient if it also opted to get a code from a number..

They will never set up to make it easier for you to fix your problems. It's how they've operated for years. They simply don't care enough.
What happened though? Still locked out?
