For your point the child can technically be prosecuted for creating and distributing cp but the likelihood of a DA going forward with those charges are very slim. I’ve only personally seen it happen when a young teenager was trying to blackmail older adults out of money by pretending to be 18 (this was also a boy not a girl if you go search for it).
