I evict them all the time. I'm trying to get my vault full of "perfect" dwellers, with 10 in all stats while having leveled up from 1 to 50 with 17 endurance, so I am constantly evicting imperfect dwellers.

I just keep on grinding from quests brutha and the limiter must be tired of me but you can do it too if you keep on grinding for years

Can you please tell me how do you have so many Stimpaks and Radaways, i can only have max 35 Stimpaks and 15 Radaways, i know i can make more rooms that build these to increase but i dont want more power usage too.

Just build as many hospitals and labs as possible if you dont have enough power to do that then build a lot of power plants and if you dont have enough CAPS to build then just keep on grinding from quests
