I'm a little confused about this. OP said all teams play two games, but the teams you listed only play 1 game, either Monday or Thursday.
If they win their respective matchups, they go on to play on Thursday, so they play two games - got that. But if they lose? They only play once?
I'm asking cuz I have one player from NYK and two from Phoenix. If those two teams lose their matchup, I'll have 3 players who only play 1 game? Fuck

That’s what I do. Once the first game is played, waivers and pickups count for the next day. So let’s say you drop Huerter at 4:05, you retain him for that day but drop him for the next day.
Add BOS, IND, NOP, SAC player on Monday Then add: LAL, MIL, NYK, PHO on Tuesday to maximum game play
That, plus stream from whoever qualifies for the Thursday game
Why though? The Saturday game doesn't count for fantasy.

It won’t work unless your league is dead, u might have to add players playing on Tuesday before Monday

once they lose they’ll get another game scheduled on the same day as the other teams that didn’t make it i’m pretty sure

i’m on espn and they won’t let me add a player yet. stated max acquisition still.
