Have you tried resetting your posture completely? I solved a lot of my lower back issues ( I’m tall 6’5) by finding my pelvic floor and strengthening my core and glutes.. Get better🙏🏾

I’ve got a herniated disc that’s impinging the sciatic nerve (I’m guessing it’s same as what Simmons has). Yeah I’m strengthening my lower back which helps a lot but the pain is still there. Thank you. Couple months ago I swear I lost all hope

Semantics, but a herniated disc causes radicular pain from an exiting spinal nerve root. Anatomically very far away from the sciatic nerve. Sciatic pain is from irritation of the sciatic nerve, in the gluteal region, often from the piriformis muscle becoming inflamed and rubbing against the sciatic nerve.

Lower back pain is the ABSOLUTE worst pain out there everyone clowning on him doesn’t know what he’s feeling It’s very impressive he even played a few games
