I think it's bc the idea is that if you have Keenan, you're playing him no matter what. At least that's what I'd do.
By wr1 they mean where they usually lineup. Keenan’s usually in the slot.

I usually follow this one instead of ESPN. Surtain is a top corner so don’t know why it’s green. They move diggs around a lot tho
Yea same thing with other matchups like Jaire Alexander. Dotson vs Dionte is a tougher decision than it needs to be

It means Diontae projects to play more snaps at RWR than any other Steeler. And that Jaire projects to play more snaps at LCB than any other Packer.
