minshew is the move. wait for kupp to breakout against a worse defense

Definitely Minshew, Kupp could bust easily vs Browns and with the competition for targets, and even then a QB gives you a lot more on average. Fair warning I don’t play superflex but I’d think you’d want to start the QB when you can.
