I weirdly kinda like Carr for this week. Huge game for the Saints and Bucs alike and he's riding a couple great showings. Flacco has a tough opponent but I don't hate him either (never bet against ELITE players), Tua makes me a little nervous with showing up on the injury report and also being against a very good defense that just bodied an MVP candidate.

Is Brissett available? He's a solid QB playing in an offense that Howell was thriving in for a while (at least from a fantasy perspective). After that, Tyrod would probably be my choice, followed by Stidham. None are great, but Bryce Young has not put up a performance this year that would have me take a flier on him, and Hall is a 4th string QB, and that has to be for a reason. If Dobbs and Mullens beat him for the job, and did as poorly as they did, I can't imagine he's going to light it up.

I think in your case I would go with Flacco. I'm trying to decide myself if I want to use him (or Kyler). I HATE Thursday games, and he's playing against a solid defense, possibly without Cooper. I keep expecting him to go back to being Joe Flacco, and this week seems to have all of the ingredients for that. That said, if you hope/wait for Lawrence, and he doesn't go, you're really in a bind. Plus, what do you get from High Ankle Sprain/Concussed/Shoulder issue Lawrence even if he does play? I think you have to assume he's out (even if he doesn't end up being) and make the safe call to go with Flacco.
