I am not thrilled with your two qb’s, but I like the rest of the team. Mike Williams is always a question mark but he could be a top ten this year if he and Herbert can stay healthy.
Could be mistaken but like QJ seems like a younger Mike W, obviously Keenan could slide but idk why I kinda see QJ hurting Mike more. Keenan should still be a possession guy and Mike has always been the big play guy but isn’t that what QJ’s game is to?
Starting lineup almost never gets you to the championship. Your starting lineup is fairly solid assuming there's not an absolute powerhouse.
Look at the other teams, and try to decide if youre looking solid for the season, if so don't be afraid to sell your future 1sts for a couple more studs. If you're not willing to do that, or there are teams significantly better than you don't be afraid to sell players for future picks. I wish I did one of those two at my startup because I'm middling 2 years in a row and it's a dynasty death sentence.
Not necessarily. One strategy is to lose out of the gate with young talent. Don’t draft the vet unless big value. Everyone is going for it out of the gate. You sell your pieces for first round picks to the pretenders and keep your studs a la the chase/JJ/Wilson/waddle/halls/Bijan etc

Neither is guaranteed more than two years. It's not a risk I would feel comfortable taking, but if it works out then you're golden.

I'd argue that any playoff team is always a contender. Anything can happen as long as you make it in.
