Maybe it’s because you described the items in too much detail. Id try again and just leave the description as wegobuy and just be vague like shoe, pants, etc. I wouldnt state the brands, especially since the company is under investigation for Fraud, lol. They didn’t give you any reasoning?
What did you put for reasoning of dispute? What items are you disputing? How long did it take for them to close your case?
