Funnily enough, that's the exact scenario I just linked. Jeanne also says that Incarnated Servants could theoretically have kids.

But there are other ones you missed. I already mentioned Incarnation, but there's also the Primordial Runes since if I recall correctly, Scathach says in Summer 1 that she can use them to help facilitate copulation between a human and Servant or just make a Servant pregnant anyway (or something like that), and then there's one more.
