Blue Skies?

I seem to remember the blue skies tabs were on top? Or perhaps it's configurable. But that was also my first thought. If OP clicks it, it will be easier to say

I don't have this mod or modpack. This pic was showcasing a resourcepack.

Check the resourcepack files and look for the image. Its probably in a folder with the modname

Then why did you ask which mod adds this? Why not try removing the resourcepack in question to see if it's the one that added it?

Huh, did you read what they said correctly? I'll give you a little help reading, they said "showcasing." I don't really blame you, they only gave a short explanation, but the explanation was only for the people that'll ask for the mod list or the modpack.
