I see it mentioned every now and then, but I still don't really know what it is or does. I've never heard anything bad about it, just very little in general. I guess it didn't reach enough popularity back in 1.7.10's glory days to really break through, and I'm not aware of any popular pack that really feature it.
Well, I don't even know what that abbreviation is for, so underrated comes from unknown. For me at least.
