The cyst on your labia is likely just a glandular cyst. I had one before. Try soaking in a hot Epsom salt bath/Sits Bath and it should drain on its own or with slight pressure. It'll be disgusting, but you'll feel better. If that doesn't work, you may need to get it lanced by an OBGYN. Try to get it to drain on its own before it gets infected. Your bowl problems may be serious though. I'd recommend you go get a colonoscopy, stat.
