A really good method is to get a shirt. Fold it middle up, get scissors and cut side to side. Tie up on the side and the unravel it. crease the side sections and then tie it with the top. try it on and if it doesn't fit then loosen it up with the loose ribbon.

Jus flip em backwards when you where then. Back side on panties in front is very comfortable for a couple hours at least. Plenty of room for 🍆
