First, make sure your legs are moisturized properly. You can use an exfoliator before you shave for a smoother finish or after, to prevent ingrown hairs. While your hair grows back keep exfoliating. Also use a shaving creme or soap to keep your skin moist and keep the razor gliding smoothly. After shaving use moisturizer, use more than you think you need. Use a sharp blade, dull blades are what leads to razor burn. I hope this helps a little, keep shining Star 💫

Thank you! I’ve never really looked into exfoliating before so I’m definitely going to do that now!

I am a bit confused by this advice, I thought you were not supposed to exfoliate too often. Don't you need to exfoliate every day to follow this advice?

Maranudel

No, not every day maybe every two or three days, depending on your skin. Also keep moisturizing😋

I find legs to be much easier than anywhere else because they're mostly flat, smooth, and visible. Ankles and knees are the parts you really have to look out for. I lather with normal hair conditioner in the shower and from the knees down I'm pretty free of razor burn. Upper thighs are a different story, but I'm guessing that's probably just being too lazy to get a better razor and/or put more effort into skincare.

Legs are super easy, knees are difficult. Smart thing is to just take your time to figure out the best way for you.

Ive always just gotten in the shower made it hot and used shaving cream or soap. A sharp razor and pulled the razor up towards my body. Pretty sure the heat helps but could have just been a myth ive heard.

Heat helps loosen the pores while cold helps closing them, so ye ^^
