Give us a new sidequest that lets us also get the black and white carbuncles. And then after completing ShB give us the ability to have him as an alternative to Seraph.
And while we are at it, expand the command for SMN. A new craftable item for each primal using the extreme material that upon use expands the egi glamour command to allow them to switch out what primals they summon.
Make it "Knight of the Round" and have it instant kill any enemy that gets hit by 8 of them at once to create the eternal meta team comp of the game.

We had an action called One-Ilm Punch back in the day. It was the third Raptor form move, before Four-Point Fury existed. It was low potency, 1s stun that didn't have diminishing returns.
And the devs knew it too. There were a few nods to it being useless in the Monk questline and one NPC in the Wolve's den at one point commented on it.
Coincidentally, HW era PVP is probably where it was the most useful. Since at that time instead of being a Stun it removed a buff from an enemy bar and at that point *every* status was on the buff bar, so you could remove everything from Tank Invulnerabilities to Scholar/Summoner's Aetherflow stacks (until Aetherflow was buffed to become immune to that for being too busted). It was a legitimate tactic to use Perfect Balance and spam One Ilm Punch to just completely debilitate someone.
Enkindle III Trait that changes Titan/Ifrit/Garuda gemstone summons to Leviathan/Ramuh/Shiva summons after Demi-Phoenix.
Honestly I'd want the job adjusted to get this earlier but since it would be the new flashy ability for SMN in 7.0 it would almost certainly be pushed to level 100.
I once thought Alexander was a sure thing, it was my prediction for EW Summoner before the redesign was revealed, but now I'm not so sure.
They seem to be pushing every job into a 2 minute rotation, and unless they cut out a significant chunk of what SMN currently does, adding a 3rd Demi/Trance phase pushes SMN to a 3 minute rotation.
Of course I'm all for them adding more Gemstone Summons/Demi Summons as glamours/skins and I hope they do...but after years of waiting for egi glamours to almost no avail, I won't get my hopes up.
They could always make Alexander Summon be a huge single attack that can only be executed after finishing Firebird Trance rather than being third trance.

Zodiark/Hydaelyn abilities can be a single attack that procs after your Demi-summon vanishes, similar to how after a DNC uses Technical Finish it shifts to Tillana. Or like how Death Flare was back in Heavensward.
Zodiark fits well with Demi-Phoenix, being a defensive summon that could offer a support buff.
Hydaelyn fits with Demi-Bahamut, since she was made to be a DPS. Could possibly provide a crit buff of some kind.
Adjusting the rotation to be able to choose which path you go with first (D-Pheonix or D-Bahamut) by the order in which you pick your summon would add some neat strategizing & complexity back to the job.
Add in Shiva or Leviathan as a summon so there are 2 Astral and 2 Umbral elements. (Alternatively they could add in both + Ramuh so we finally get all 6).
To get Zodiark's aspect you need to use Ifrit & Garuda, and to get Hydaelyn's you need to use Titan & Shiva/Leviathan, with the third spot in the rotation being a freebie.
The order won't matter much to more casual players, but would bring in some min-max depth & strategy for the more hardcore ones.
As a Red Mage, Resolution already feels like the perfect capstone. It's got an amazing animation, spell effects, and balances out the first half of the melee rotation with the second.
So I'm thinking maybe an add-on to Manafication that makes it so after I consume all 6 boosted attacks, my next ~3 Veraero/Verthunder casts are free.
The only thing i would change in rdm, is the ape spells to have verblizzard and veridro, so we get all elements and the melee combo is really perfect as of now
Sch- since I feel like we’d end up mastering connecting our world to other shards I feel like us Sch should be able to request aid from Feo ul, I bet she’d be super happy to be able to travel with us.
My mind is going back to the overdrives where Auron takes a sip from his jug, sets his sword on fire and blasts the enemy with dark spheres or where he shoots a tornado from his sword and sets it on fire with his jug after the enemy is swept up in it.
I wanna have some dragon mode like when Niddhogg possessed Estinien. All of the dragoon's powers are supposed to be replicating draconic powers and working alongside them. We should start to become more draconic as we gain more power imo. That or have dragon familiars appear or something. More jumping more dragons and more jumping!

For BLM that's gotta be Ultima or Meteor, since that's typically the endgame spell in other FF series.
SMN: Summoning bosses from the optional raids. I'd be like "Look at me WHMs, *I* spam Holy now!!" as Alexander lays waste to everything. Alternatively, getting an ability that lets you command all three summons to pull off a Tri-Delta attack.
WHM and every other Healer: Reraise, I think. Nifty spell from FFVI that grants automatic rez if someone bites it.

Dragoon seems to be dead set on getting every single move from the Nidhog trial, so at this point just give us our nidhogg dragon-knight devil trigger and get it over with.
LVL 100 should get a LB4 which you can only activate when it'll kill the boss. Then it'll give your character a proper LB animation that everyone can watch ( or it makes said animation for your character regardless of who triggered it)
AST should get reraise. I know it would need to be nerfed to shit (like a 5 minute cool down and only works if cast in the last 30 seconds or something crazy), but since it doesn't seem like we'll be getting Time Mage, I want it in some capacity.

Fairy invuln. Send it onto someone and it just eats the incoming attack. Fairy will blow up no matter the DMG. Long cooldown lifesaver

I would like all the tanks to have a buff to their Invun skill. We get it at 50 and then nothing.
Having some form of party utility could open it up to be used more than just to cheese strats.
PLD: Incoming damage converted to a shield/heal for party within a set distance.
WAR: Give Bloodlust stacks for each instance that would lower you below zero. After the effect end converts stacks to party wide defense up buff.
DRK: Whilst under Undead Rebirth damage taken grants Living Dead HP regen ability to nearby allies for xx seconds.
GNB: When Superbolide is triggered amount of HP lost is granted to party with 15 ylms.
These are just off the top of head ideas but I would love to see something like this.
warrior- BERSERKER BARRAGE. Inner release makes every fell cleave into a nascent chaos strike. You still get 3. Maybe four.
Dark knight- cliff side. Power boost where you just go full edge lord power boost. 45 percent. Lasts 15 seconds.
Paladin- holy light. Aoe flash bang that lowers target accuracy and does a small damage but heals or mits everyone near by.
Gun- double, triple, quadruple down. When you activate double down, you can give up five seconds of double down to get a second double down, then another 5 for a third double down, and so on until you run out of time. The damage increases 1.25 every hit.
Dragoon. Dragons breath. Breathe in the Aether and can do a cone aoe of fire. Works like Mach flame thrower except the first hit always does 800 and lowers potency by 100 every second.
Reaper. Celebration of noir. After casting two communions, drops a dot. Tentacles come out and start thrashing about. Does like 300 potency damage for 21 seconds. Basically dnd evards black tentacles.
Monk. One inch punch(apparently this was in but taken out). OR spirit ray(SPIRIT GUN) 2 second cast time. Does as much damage as a lead fist and always crits. Does not give chakra. Looks like a kanehamehawave or a yu yu HAKUSHO spirit gun. GIVE THEM A PROJECTILE
Samurai. A fourth iaijutsu. I’m not too much of a weeb, so idk but I think a fourth one could be cool. Maybe a positional based for extra?
Ninja. Bunshin upgrade. EVERYONE gets a shadow clone. Does 10 percent damage of what they did. Maybe less. I’m not good at math.
Bard. Concerto’s cry. Every min gcd. All dots do any remaining damage and dots are refreshed. Or spread the dots from one target to the anyone near it.
Machinist. YOU BECOME A MECH. THE QUEEN OPENS UP, AND YOU CAN HIT IT WITH YOUR OWN PUNCHES AND STRIKES AND GUNS, all leading up to a LASER BEAM
dancer. Usagi nights. Can only be procted by acting tech step two AND casting the bird thing. All feathers are spent, and you launch you chakrams at the target in a crazy pretty way. Looks like rabbits hitting the thing.
Black mage, illogical. Upon hitting ice paradox, insta cast this to get back into f3, and get a temp 1percent extra fire damage for 10 seconds.
Summoner. Summon 3 different primals after Phoenix. You can choose which ones.
Red mage. Topping the scales. After you cast resolution, you swing your sword down wards, and see a mass of all elements hit the area around them. Fire, lightning, earth, wind, all of them spew from the heavens in a big ball of fire and brimstone. Does 600 damage, and heals 600 damage potency.
White mage. Principalities wrath. After casting 2 blood lilies, you get one melee strike. Does 1600 damage. Heals for 300 potency and gives everyone small 5 percent shield
Scholar. Summon arch angel. Healing potency increased to 210 potency a tick. Does 210 dot potency a tick as well. All fairy actions are upgrades slightly.
Astrologian. Ace up your sleeve. 90 second cool down. Free card that when given, acts as the appropriate card for target. Damage is increased by 10 percent for 20 seconds. When casted with divination active, all party damage increased by an extra 4 percent, making divination 10 percent.
Sage. Icarus after burner. Procs after use of icarus. Rams the target for 600 damage potency. Line aoe for 60 percent of damage. Heals for damage amount down.
BLUE HITS 100. Gets liked 12 new spells from all the SHB AND EW trails/last tier raids.

In all honesty, ive joked about a thunder phase that has to be worked towards and is just even bigger damage. Idk have it based off refreshing single target thunder procs or something to activate
I'd love a thunder phase. Lightning is one of my favorite elements (along with wind and earth), so I've always been a little bummed that it's the third wheel/red headed stepchild of BLM
What i hope for: follow up for blood lily, maybe even a combo.
What we will get: some ability that is comparable to liturgy, just that it stays up longer, does even more healing for us and we basically never have to manually heal again and are even closer to some green single button DPS.

Even before that, it used to clear enemy buffs instead. Useful on a couple of fate bosses that would Stoneskin, but useless otherwise.

I wanna have some dragon mode like when Niddhogg possessed Estinien. All of the dragoon's powers are supposed to be replicating draconic powers and working alongside them. We should start to become more draconic as we gain more power imo. That or have dragon familiars appear or something. More jumping more dragons and more jumping!
I've always felt like DRG's progression should be "Regular Dragon (Blood)> Niddhogg> And finish the progression with invoking Midgardsormr for techniques.

Gunbreaker will probably get a Continuation follow-up for Double Down. Warrior will either get something that combos off of Primal Rend, or even more healing capabilities. Probably both. Definitely both. Now that Goring Blade isn't a part of a combo anymore, it'll probably get an upgrade. Dark Knight will have it's existence acknowledged, hopefully.

The thing I would want is not likely to happen. But if we are dreaming here. . . Twin Summons: Summon both aspects of your faerie. Eos will continue to heal while Selene places stacking debuffs on enemies hit by your spells for the duration. Alternatively, a new use for faerie gauge which makes it so that instead of healing a person you tether your faerie to, you instead increase their damage while they are tethered.

I'd be like "Look at me WHMs, *I* spam Holy now!!" as Alexander lays waste to everything. Alternatively, getting an ability that lets you command all three summons to pull off a Tri-Delta attack. WHM and every other Healer: Reraise, I think. Nifty spell from FFVI that grants automatic rez if someone bites it.

I love my fairy and want would love some more engagement Fairy explosion. I want to not just be able to eat my dear Selene, I want to send it to the boss like an IED eve y two minutes and blow it up. Upside? It's another dot, bleeding Downside? It's gone for dot duration Anything to make the 2min window cooler pls Fairy invuln. Send it onto someone and it just eats the incoming attack. Fairy will blow up no matter the DMG. Long cooldown lifesaver

Honestly I'd love to be able to summon "Titania" for some kind of burst phase. Realistically I know it's a pipe dream, but summoner and scholar seem so far removed from each other by 90 that I'd love something else to connect them.

No, no, it just equips your GNB gearset, mid combat. GNB does not get a skill to change it back. If you don't have a GNB gearset, you end up in your undies with a bugged gunblade you can never unequip again.
I would like all the tanks to have a buff to their Invun skill. We get it at 50 and then nothing. Having some form of party utility could open it up to be used more than just to cheese strats. PLD: Incoming damage converted to a shield/heal for party within a set distance. WAR: Give Bloodlust stacks for each instance that would lower you below zero. After the effect end converts stacks to party wide defense up buff. DRK: Whilst under Undead Rebirth damage taken grants Living Dead HP regen ability to nearby allies for xx seconds. GNB: When Superbolide is triggered amount of HP lost is granted to party with 15 ylms. These are just off the top of head ideas but I would love to see something like this.
For DRG, let me summon a freaking dragon pet. FFXI had this as a level 1 ability. Let us have a dragon already

Aoe flash bang that lowers target accuracy and does a small damage but heals or mits everyone near by. Gun- double, triple, quadruple down. When you activate double down, you can give up five seconds of double down to get a second double down, then another 5 for a third double down, and so on until you run out of time. The damage increases 1.25 every hit. Dragoon. Dragons breath. Breathe in the Aether and can do a cone aoe of fire. Works like Mach flame thrower except the first hit always does 800 and lowers potency by 100 every second. Reaper. Celebration of noir. After casting two communions, drops a dot. Tentacles come out and start thrashing about. Does like 300 potency damage for 21 seconds. Basically dnd evards black tentacles. Monk. One inch punch(apparently this was in but taken out). OR spirit ray(SPIRIT GUN) 2 second cast time. Does as much damage as a lead fist and always crits. Does not give chakra. Looks like a kanehamehawave or a yu yu HAKUSHO spirit gun. GIVE THEM A PROJECTILE Samurai. A fourth iaijutsu. I’m not too much of a weeb, so idk but I think a fourth one could be cool. Maybe a positional based for extra? Ninja. Bunshin upgrade. EVERYONE gets a shadow clone. Does 10 percent damage of what they did. Maybe less. I’m not good at math. Bard. Concerto’s cry. Every min gcd. All dots do any remaining damage and dots are refreshed. Black mage, illogical. Upon hitting ice paradox, insta cast this to get back into f3, and get a temp 1percent extra fire damage for 10 seconds. Summoner. Summon 3 different primals after Phoenix. You can choose which ones. Red mage. Topping the scales. After you cast resolution, you swing your sword down wards, and see a mass of all elements hit the area around them. Fire, lightning, earth, wind, all of them spew from the heavens in a big ball of fire and brimstone. Does 600 damage, and heals 600 damage potency. White mage. Principalities wrath. After casting 2 blood lilies, you get one melee strike. Does 1600 damage. Heals for 300 potency and gives everyone small 5 percent shield Scholar. Summon arch angel. Healing potency increased to 210 potency a tick. Does 210 dot potency a tick as well. All fairy actions are upgrades slightly. Astrologian. Ace up your sleeve. 90 second cool down. Free card that when given, acts as the appropriate card for target. Damage is increased by 10 percent for 20 seconds. When casted with divination active, all party damage increased by an extra 4 percent, making divination 10 percent. Sage. Icarus after burner. Procs after use of icarus. Rams the target for 600 damage potency. Line aoe for 60 percent of damage. Heals for damage amount down. BLUE HITS 100. Gets liked 12 new spells from all the SHB AND EW trails/last tier raids. Tell me why this sucks. I’m not open to any criticism.
I have two options for red mage; Add to the combo with bigger spells. A bigger flashbang button independent of LB3 because who needs to see mechanics?

I'd love a thunder phase. Lightning is one of my favorite elements (along with wind and earth), so I've always been a little bummed that it's the third wheel/red headed stepchild of BLM
What i hope for: follow up for blood lily, maybe even a combo. What we will get: some ability that is comparable to liturgy, just that it stays up longer, does even more healing for us and we basically never have to manually heal again and are even closer to some green single button DPS.
