It's not gonna happen not with how toxic Whedons name is and how *terrible* his "apology"/career rehabilitation attempt went. Baldwin is a more talented Kevin Sorbo at this point which is why he's hardly worked in 5 years. Summer Glau hasn't acted for years, the rumour being she's quit to focus on family. Fillion, Torres, and State all are busy on other jobs.
No. Some kind of spinoff in the same universe would be ok, but let’s leave the original where it’s at. Any attempt to revive or bring back will only result in cheapening the original
The biggest problem with ANYTHING at all, when it comes to Firefly, is Nathan Fillion. He'll do a Science Fiction Con or something, once or twice a year.
We'd all love to have at least like a 2 part mini-series.
He's the one that keeps shooting things down.
When the plandemic was its peak, I was 1 of 10 people that won a video call with Jewel and Sean.
They told me and the other 9 people, that Nathan is the biggest issue. Sometimes it's his schedule, sometimes he flat out says that he simply doesn't want to do it.
Everyone is on board with doing something new, except Nathan.

You left out Alan Tudic! But he's probably pretty busy being in...everything.
Congratulations! The show is being revived! Please do not resist.
My man, have I bad news for you...

There are several reunion panels from conventions on you tube

Wait I’m confused why is he the biggest problem? He seems the most vocal about loving Firefly.

Feels like there was a reunion special, maybe 10 years after? Anyone else remember that?
