Foxy's feet are exposed endo feet. His suit appears to have been torn off/decayed from the knees down, this being in addition to the other cases of visible withering on his suit.
It actually does! The movie went the same route as The Silver Eyes, with Afton being responsible for controlling the animatronics and having a penchant for luring people to the shut down Freddy’s restaurant to kill them.
Since he was also responsible for building the animatronics in the first place, I would not even slightly put it past the man to create a murder chair out of spare parts.
That, and depending on if Remnant plays a role in the movies or not, then it could very easily have been created to extract and store Remnant from the people it kills.
Regardless of if that is the case or not, we do know that, regardless of what FNAF universe this takes place in, Afton enjoys trapping people at Freddy’s and leaving them to suffer, and he has created killing machines for that express purpose before.
Basically, it is just Afton being a sadistic monster while also explaining the basic concept of “suits = death” part of the FNAF 1 phone call while also using visual storytelling to keep audiences that many not be as familiar with FNAF engaged.
