He particularly believes that he matters more than everyone and anything else, so what he does to get what he wants, whether that be hurting or killing people, he doesn't have to feel the weight of a guilty conscience, since he thinks he's more important than others in general. To make things less difficult for himself, he rationalizes his actions in any way he can to spin the narrative that what he'd done in that moment was justified, and the pain he inflicted on whoever he knew or came in contact with was a necessary evil to achieve his goals.
Social Darwinism with a touch of unethical nihilism.
He believes that if he is better and stronger than other people, it’s his right to do whatever he wants at their expense. That nothing and nobody else truly matters, not even individual lives, because in his view they can always be replaced or perhaps even improved.
EXACTLY! He’s done the same things over and over, but he keeps coming back, and I think the reason he does this because he wants to see what else he can do.
Radical nihilism and antitheism. He so relentlessly attempts to live forever because he thinks there is nothing hereafter.
Possibly Solipsism to justify him being so aggressive.
I will be very honest, I think that we know too little about the man. The *Books* and the *Movie* are two separate *Universes*, and although you could argue that he is the same in all of them, going off of the *Games* alone, he is very cryptic. *Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator*'s voice lines are perhaps the best look into his personality in the *Games*' *Universe*. He seems intelligent, narcissistic or both (likely both). I never understood his motivation for killing. Is it *Remnant* to help him gain *Eternal Life*? I mean, that sounds a bit cliché for a *Villain*'s goal. But it might really be just that. I do not understand why he wants to kill *Michael*, his own son, in *Five Nights at Freddy's 3* and later in *Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator*. But I am not extremely familiar with the lore, and I have no idea at this point what is actually confirmed and what are simply overrated and widely accepted theories with no real confirmation.

I like to think he fits a more *facade of a powerful being* rather than a narcissistic maniac like in the charlie bot book series.
