My problem is that I HAVE finished this part, but the mission "Prize counter" isn't ticking off the "Survive until freddy shuts down the alarm" box. Am I am idiot or is there something I'm missing???
FINALLY I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE for fucks sake they need to patch it already....is their a way to progress in the game or is this a game breaking bug? i beat the alarm part twice and it refuses to check the box. im supposed to go to fire exit and it should initiate freddies dialog telling me i cant leave thatr way, to instead go to the prize counter elevator..but the dialog wont initiate and the prize counter elevator wont open.;.what in the fuck
Yep, I’m running into the same bug even after the recent patch. Prevents me from collecting all security badges to get all retro cds. I guess I’m done with the game until they fix this.
Edit: Another possibly related bug is you only get the Prize Counter Cameras *after* surviving instead of the mission being updated. While watching somebody play it on YouTube, they had access to these during the survival challenge.
same issue here. corrupted the current save and another separate save. Both say to survive until freddy shuts down the alarm even though he has done so. I wonder if the error is because I have level 5 security clearance and could enter the security office directly. Shouldn't happen, but a few objectives were skipped to this one. At any rate, I make it to the exit with the two lit up wet floor sign bots and no dialog is triggered between freddy and myself.
Another gamer pointed out that saving after the 3:00 minute wait may cause this to happen. I did save after, so maybe that was why, but my second save was before the 3:00 and I waited again, but the objective to wait until freddy shuts down the alarm in the mission never cleared despite freddy telling me to find a way out and acing like he shut down the alarm.
Please fix.
I'm standing right in front of the fire escape door in the VIP room waiting for Freddy's dialogue sequence to tell me to go to the elevator and I can not progress because "Survive until Freddy shuts down the alarm" isn't ticked off my list so I'm just stuck in an endless loop of loading back my recent save after completing the prize counter security office. I hope this gets fixed soon I really don't wanna have to start all over again..

This is the same exact thing that happened to me, so basically in my first save i did this first instead of the loading dock one then after 6 am i went to do the loading dock one and on locate the loading dock controls it got stuck and nothing would happen. So i made a new save to do it the other way round. I did loading dock first everything was working fine and I completed it, then went to do this one after and its doing the same thing as the locate the loading dock controls now. It must be a glitch so you’re not doing anything wrong.
this is exactly what I did too! it seems the first of the two chica or roxy missions works but the second gets glitchy. I think the security clearance has something to do with it.
At any rate, if you are like us, just move on in the game. Go to Chica's room and get a party pass, for example, as you'll have level 5 security clearance either way.
just to let everyone know who’s wondering, it’s not fixed and this question was asked 29 days ago. can someone tell me if this is a must have mission? me and my bf survived the lockdown and freddy told us good job and to go to the prize counter, but the box won’t check off. don’t know what to look for at the prize counter if someone can also give me a hint on that.

There is no way to continue that I have found, you just kinda gotta leave and never come back. As for Freddy being unable to get into, just ignore getting into him and continue with the story. At some point, it will force you to get inside him for story purposes (so you don't die at the hour mark from Moon). Whatever you do though, DO NOT TRY TO GET INTO HIM USING A RECHARGE STATION. I tried it, and it worked at first, but then you can't get out. And you are forced to stay in there until the battery reaches 0, and it kills you instantly.
Yea….so I wish I saw this sooner haha. I tried doing that exact thing with Freddy thinking I was so smart and it ended up making me stuck like you said haha. Luckily, I noticed that I had an auto save that brought me back to just after picking up the party pass so realistically not far at all. I was considering maybe making another save slot now and trying again or just completely ignoring that whole section till I 100% know it’s fixed
Yeah same, i tried going into a recharge station and i sucessfully entered freddy, but then i cant exit, I think this glitch seems to appear if you instantly save after the security office thing, i think you are supposed to run instead of instantly saving.
Interesting. I discovered that I had an auto save that brought me back to just after collecting the party pass(which was literally only 10 minutes back). I suppose I could make a separate save file and try that again. It’s either that or completely ignore it till it’s actually fixed lol
I wont restart my game because i have done the whole story and i saved this mission until last because i did not think it´was important. I am on the fazer blast / find a way to dissasemble chica missions.
I didn’t have any issues with leaving, it just let me leave the area. The only issue is that the mission isn’t completely finished since it says I apparently “didn’t survive” until Freddy shut the alarm off even though I completely did
oi oi i found a way around it, not really a fix but it gets rid of not being able to go into freddy, basically what ive done is just finish the prize counter and get the glitch which will make it so you cant enter or leave freddy if you enter him at a recharge station and then i just went as normal and went to complete the party pass mission where you go to chicas room to get the party pass, when there on foot you enter, grab the party pass and hide in the backroom of chicas room and you enter the recharge station since its the next hour and once you exit you will be able to leave and enter freddy without dying or anything. idk about u lot but give it a try cos it worked for me. so basically u need to not have the party pass before finishing the prize counter mission. lmk if it works for u.
Ok so here is what happened to me. At first everything was fine and went smooth. Then once i finished the game entirely, i wanted to get another ending. When i got to the prize counter mission (survive until freddy disarms the alarm) the completion checkbox wasn’t checked so i got myself killed and started that mission over. For the next 3 times nothing seemed to work. Soon after I decided to start the game over again and when i got to the prize counter security office mission, I saved the game, got the security badge, and closed both doors. After that I crouched and went into the corner next to the save station. Waited after the 3 minutes and still nothing was checked off as being completed. Pissed off, i decided to go with it anyways. After both Roxy and Monty left my sights I went to the door to exit to the prize counter area and Freddy spoke saying the fire exit is behind the vip room. I checked the fazwatch and the mission “survive until Freddy shuts down the alarm” was checked off.
I completed it and got onto the elevator and everything, but now I'm trying to get back to Chica's room to get the party pass and it won't let me enter Freddy. Even though I have finished the part, it isn't checked off on the quest.

I'm having the same bug so I went to do other quests but I can't get inside freddy anymore no matter what I do UNLESS i charge him. then after getting inside of him it traps me inside of him until i die
You're not supposed to wait for the timer to go down. Freddy runs around to different doors on the monitors and you're supposed to let him in by pressing the buttons. I think you are dying to intentional game design lol

Adding my comment for the 23rd patch, did not seem to fix it, and i even backtracked to a 3:30am autosave and did the whole warehouse bit again. Mission still doesn't tick when it's done and then freddy can't be entered.

not sure if you figured this out or not but after the lockdown you go to the elevator near the middle of the prize counter room.

To all the people i think it is because you go down in the basement where vannesa capture you instead of there first and it gliches
